Farm & Dairy Processing Plant Tours
Tour Details
Visit our commercial dairy farm and learn what goes into producing delicious and nutritious dairy products! At the farm we will share how we care for our cows, and the environment with innovative technology and tools that allow us to remain competitive and sustainable in the dairy industry. Following the farm tour participants will travel a short distance to Argyle Cheese Farmer dairy processing plant and retail store, also in Hudson Falls, to discover how our milk is made into cheese, yogurt and lots of other delicious products. After viewing the cheesemaking process browse our collection of farm-fresh, delicious, homemade products. This tour includes an indoor/outdoor walking tour of an operating dairy farm, please dress appropriately. Participants will self-transport from the farm to the Argyle Cheese Farmer processing plant, only about a 7 minute drive. While we do have lots of amazing cows on our farm, this is not a petting zoo-type tour. While children of all ages are welcome our tours are best suited for people ages 10 and over.

Do you have a group interested in touring our farm? While we are not able to accommodate all tour requests, we do offer occasional group tours. Whether your group is in the agricultural industry or interested in environmental stewardship, technology and manufacturing, animal care or food production our tours offer something to engage nearly every interest group.

Occasionally we offer open tours for anyone interested in learning more about our farm and dairy processing plant. Typically open tours are offered in July and August and are limited to about 20 people. This small group size enables us to provide a personalized tour that caters to the specific interests of the group. If we have tours available the details, and available dates will be listed below with a "book" button.
