We invested in a new milking center in 2017. In addition to a herd health area, and the rotary milking center, this building also features an observation area for visitors to watch the milking process and learn more about our farming practices.
After almost a year of research we decided to invest in a rotary milking system. Like a merry-go-round this milking system turns at a consistent rate while cows calmly walk on to be milked. Our milking team performs all steps in the milking process as the cows come to them. In our opinion, a rotary provides the optimal environment for milking and cow comfort. The cows appear to really enjoy their rides on the "Dairy-go-round"!

In 2020 we partnered with Marge and Dave Randles of Argyle Cheese Farmer. For over a decade Marge and Dave have been developing a popular local brand of delicious cheese, yogurt, and other dairy products. We saw an opportunity to work with them and strengthen our connection with our local community. Together we purchased the former Lewis Super grocery building and expanded into the new processing facility in Hudson Falls. Our local community can once again enjoy dairy products made with our quality milk, something that hasn't been possible since we closed our own bottling plant in 1987. Our new facility features dairy processing as well as a retail store & bakery complete with an observation area to view the cheese and yogurt making process in person. Visit Argyle Cheese Farmer's website and Facebook page for more information or to try our delicious products.
